PROCEDURES
Application
To apply for one or more of the workshops and/or photography tours, please print out, fill in, and sign the application form. An application form is required for each individual who wants to attend. Please do not put more than one person on a single form.

Applications will be accepted in the order received, and also on the content of the application form. Upon acceptance into a workshop, you will receive a letter to this effect along with detailed information and suggestions for preparing for it. If the workshop you requested is full you will be given the opportunity to enroll in another workshop that is still open, or to be placed on the waiting list and your entire deposit will be returned to you.
Deposits, Cancellations, Refunds
Workshops
A deposit of ½ the workshop fee for the workshop desired (which includes a non-refundable $50 registration fee) should be enclosed with the application form. Make checks or money orders (in United States funds only) payable to Elliot Framan Photography Workshops. Credit cards are not accepted. The balance of the fee for each workshop is due no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop. If you do not pay the balance by this time, your place in the workshop as well as your complete deposit is forfeited, and your place will be filled from the waiting list.If you need to cancel your participation in a workshop, we need to be informed of this no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop. In this case your deposit or full tuition, whichever is applicable, will be refunded less the $50 registration fee. If you withdraw within 30 to 14 days of the start of the workshop, the entire deposit of ½ the workshop fee will be retained. No refunds of any kind will be made for withdrawal within 14 days in advance of the first day of the workshop, during the workshop, or for no-shows.
Photography Tours
A deposit of $500 for the Photography Tour desired (which includes a non-refundable $50 registration fee) should be enclosed with the application form. Make checks or money orders (in United States funds only) payable to Elliot Framan Photography. Credit cards are not accepted. The balance of the fee for the Tour is due no later than 90 days prior to the first day of the Tour. If you do not pay the balance by this time, your place in the workshop as well as your $500 is forfeited, and your place will be filled from the waiting list.If you need to cancel your participation in a tour, we need to be informed of this no later than 90 days prior to the first day of the tour. In this case your deposit or full tuition, whichever is applicable, will be refunded less the $50 registration fee. If you withdraw within 90 to 30 days of the start of the workshop, the entire deposit of $500 will be retained. No refunds of any kind will be made for withdrawal within 30 days in advance of the first day of the Tour.
Release of Liability
Participant hereby releases, waives, indemnifies, and agrees not to sue Argo Enterprises d/b/a Elliot Framan Photography Workshops, together with its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all liability to the Participant, his/her personal representative, heirs, assigns, and next of kin, for any and all losses, damages or injuries or any claim or demand on account of injury to the person or property of the Participant. The Participant acknowledges that this hold-harmless clause is prerequisite to his/her taking part in any workshop or tour of Elliot Framan Photography. Incorporated in this release are all terms and conditions stated earlier. The extent of the Workshops and Tours liability is limited to the return of all fees paid.
