Assignment
Elliot Framan has done numerous photographic assignments, generally regarding equestrian activities or travel pieces. These have been for newspapers and in magazines such as Today’s Horse Trader, Trail Rider, and Enterprising Women. The magazine work was for articles and numerous magazine cover shots. In addition he has been on assignment to the Juan Tomas Hounds (The New Mexico Hunt), and covered events for hospitals, business organizations, and political activities.
The intent of such work is to not only document specific activities and places but to capture them in unique ways, display the essence of the scene, and present a fine art picture that captures the drama involved.
